Does it tell callers it's an AI?
Yes. Every call starts by saying the receptionist is an AI, and that the call may be recorded if you keep transcripts. Callers don't feel tricked, and most just get on with booking.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and set it to forward calls to your Answer.WTF number. You can forward every call, or only the ones you miss or can't take. Turning it off is as simple as removing the forward.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It only answers from the information you give it and never makes up prices or advice. If it doesn't know, it takes a message or, during your hours, puts the caller through to you.
Can it book straight into my calendar?
It books into your Answer.WTF calendar, using your opening hours and service lengths, and it won't double-book. Syncing with Google and Outlook calendars is coming next.
